The Fall Guy - Helicopter Rig

A digital replica of the plate helicopter was used for this sequence and it was my responsibility to ensure the helicopter was fully functional.

Rig features fully functional pitch links, allowing the propeller blades to twist whilst spinning. This is driven by the positioning of the swatch plates, keeping the control system simple and intuitive for animation.

I was also responsible for creating digi doubles for the pilot, passengers and protagonist in fully CG sequences
